Smarter Insights with Automated Remediation
We've significantly enhanced our insights feature to provide you with even more actionable information, based on feedback from early customers. You'll now receive detailed descriptions of identified issues, along with clear guidance on how to resolve them. In certain situations, Valo can even propose, and -- with your explicit consent -- execute corrective actions on your behalf. These updates streamline the remediation process to save you valuable time.

Imagine one of your critical integrated applications suddenly starts consuming an unusually high number of Salesforce API calls (we've seen this happen), threatening to exhaust your daily limits and disrupt business operations. Valo not only alerts you to this unusual activity, explaining the potential impact, but can also (with your direct approval) allow you to instantly revoke the offending application's token directly from within Valo.
Valo's immediate remediation capabilities help prevent any widespread service disruptions and buy your team critical time to investigate the root cause -- without your Salesforce org grinding to a halt.
Expanded Valo Connection Graph Visibility
We've expanded the Valo connection graph to give you a wider and deeper view of how your data moves around. It now includes all your outgoing messages and External Client Applications, giving you a complete and accurate picture of your data connections.

If you have many external apps talking to Salesforce (some customers have over 200!), this feature helps you easily see how everything is connected. Think of it like a detailed map of all your Salesforce connections.

"Users by Activity" Widget
Also based on customer feedback, we've introduced a valuable "Users by activity" overview and recommendations widget on the Users and Licenses page. This tool provides insightful data into user engagement patterns, and also offers recommendations to help you better understand and optimize user interaction within Salesforce.
Why this matters to you:
Some customers use this widget to manage their user licenses better. By identifying inactive users, they can reclaim licenses, leading to significant cost savings. Conversely, the widget can highlight highly engaged users, helping organizations understand what features are most valuable and where to focus training efforts for wider adoption.
